Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Admission Coordinator to support the campus Sales & Growth Team. You will work with the Director of Sales to implement strategies, manage pre-admission and admission documentation, and help the campus reach revenue and census targets.

The role focuses on coordinating with residents and families, handling paperwork, and ensuring a smooth admission experience while collaborating with campus leaders to drive effective onboarding and occupancy growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Complete preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork and assist with insurance verification and precertification.
• Enter referral and lead data into the CRM accurately and timely.
• Communicate admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and involved parties.
• Plan and coordinate campus events including community marketing and lead generation.
• Ensure campus spaces are staged, marketable and aligned with Trilogy Standards.
