RCC seeks applicants for the Admissions and Records Technician position. This position is part-time without benefits and works 29 hours/week at our Warsaw campus. The hiring range for this position is $19 – $22 per hour, commensurate with experience. Reporting to the College Registrar, the Admissions and Records Technician provides assistance and information to current and prospective students, faculty, and staff, as well as supports the Registrar with daily operations at the campus. This includes admission of students, processing and updating student registration and records, posting grades, preparing transfer evaluations, and providing transcript services.
The incumbent assists the Registrar with graduation and dual enrollment, development of the academic calendar, admissions and records forms, and updates of policies and procedures. The Admissions and Records Technician will use multiple assigned emails to assist students and faculty, format and reports data on the admissions and records processes. This position also interprets policy, resolves discrepancies, and exercises independent judgment and decision-making in the application of college and VCCS policies pertaining to domicile or residency status.
