Duties:
NRCC is seeking a decisive, student-focused, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven seasoned professional to join our student services team as the Admissions and Records Manager on our campus in Dublin. The Admissions and Records Manager establishes and interprets admissions policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with institutional, state, and federal requirements. The manager provides leadership for NRCC’s admissions operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, high-quality, student-centered, compliant, and confidential enrollment processes. The manager also oversees daily admissions functions, including the college application, registration, program completion, and graduation certification process, transcript requests, and coordinates the work of the admissions team.
The work of the Admissions and Records Manager requires decisiveness, adaptability, excellent communication skills, strong attention to compliance and details, and a commitment to an outstanding student experience. The manager utilizes an assortment of technological solutions to facilitate admissions and records activities. Reporting to the Coordinator for Admissions and Records and Advising Services, the Admissions and Records Manager’s primary role is to supervise the Admissions and Records Office and staff and oversee a variety of departmental functions and processes.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
