Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor to support enrollment efforts on-site at the campus. You will provide admissions information, create communication materials, and represent the College to prospective and newly admitted students.

The role requires interaction with students and families, processing applications, conducting campus tours, and executing follow-up campaigns to enhance enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in admissions, retail, marketing, or recruitment.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Organized, professional, and warm with prospective and current students.
• Strong multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse individuals.
• Knowledge of college admissions procedures and recruitment/retention issues.
• Experience with computerized systems and databases.
• Ability to set and pursue short- and long-range goals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community via appointment, phone, email, and other materials.
• Process paperwork, interview applicants, arrange campus tours, and conduct follow-up activities.
• Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and reporting changes.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Develop professional interactions with a wide range of individuals and VIPs.
• Advise students and families on educational opportunities and admissions requirements.
• Assist each lead and inquiry with care and honesty throughout enrollment.
• Conduct effective phone presentations and interviews with candidates.
• Support enrollment growth through diligent follow-up and calls.
