Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our on-site campus team. You will guide prospective students through the admissions journey, provide information, and represent the College in a local and potentially national scope.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate campus tours, and maintain applicant data while ensuring compliance and professional engagement with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of admissions, retail sales, consumer marketing or recruitment.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Must be organized, professional and warm to students.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community via appointment, phone, email, and other materials.
• Welcome prospective students by processing paperwork, interviewing applicants, and arranging campus tours.
• Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and reporting needed changes.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Develop professional interactions with a wide range of individuals and VIPs.
