Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor to support enrollment efforts on our campus. You will provide admissions information, create communications, and represent the College to prospective and newly admitted students.

The role reports to the Executive Director of Enrollment Services and involves significant interaction with students and families. This is an on-site position with opportunities for national scale work based on department needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in admissions, retail sales, marketing or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and professional discretion.
• Organized, warm and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of college admissions procedures and reporting basics.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents and community through multiple channels.
• Process paperwork, interview applicants, arrange campus tours and follow-up campaigns.
• Maintain recruiting operations and report needed changes.
• Adhere to compliance standards and maintain data integrity.
• Advise students and families on admissions requirements and options.
• Contribute to enrollment growth through effective lead follow-up and presentations.
• Provide data for reporting and institutional research.
