Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in admissions, recruitment, or related customer-facing roles.
• Professionalism and discretion handling confidential information.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of college admissions procedures and student recruitment/retention.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community via appointment, phone, email, and other materials.
• Greet and interview applicants, arrange campus tours, and follow up with applicants.
• Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and reporting changes.
• Comply with all regulatory standards and maintain accurate student data for reporting.
