Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our campus team on-site. You will guide prospective students through the admissions journey, share program details, and represent the College at campus events.

You’ll manage inquiries, process applications, conduct campus tours, and coordinate follow-up communications to support enrollment growth. A student-focused, collaborative environment awaits, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred).
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in admissions or recruitment.
• Strong professionalism and discretion dealing with confidential information.
• Must be organized, professional, and warm to our potential and current students.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community through appointment, telephone, email, and other materials.
• Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; arranging and conducting campus tours; follow-up communications.
• Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and reporting needed changes.
• Adheres to all compliance and regulatory standards.
• Advise students and families regarding educational opportunities and admission requirements.
• Conducts effective phone presentations and interviews with each candidate.
