Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in admissions, recruitment, retail sales, or related fields.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Organized, professional, and warm with potential and current students.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of college admissions procedures.
• Experience with computerized systems and databases.
• Ability to set short- and long-range goals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, families, and community via meetings, phone, and email.
• Interview applicants, arrange campus tours, and follow up with campaigns.
• Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and reporting changes.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Advise students and families on admissions opportunities and requirements.
• Process leads and inquiries with honesty and care.
• Conduct effective phone presentations and interviews.
• Support enrollment growth through proactive follow-up.
• Ensure accurate student data for local, state, and federal reporting.
