Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor for our growing campus, located 100% on-site. You will guide prospective students through the admissions journey, conduct campus tours, and coordinate communications to support enrollment.

Based on department need, you may also enroll and assist students on a national scale. The role emphasizes relationship building, accuracy, and timely follow-up, with a commitment to service and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of admissions, retail sales, consumer marketing or recruitment.
• Strong professionalism and discretion dealing with confidential information.
• Organized, professional, and warm with potential and current students.
• Excellent ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community by phone, email, and campus visits.
• Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; arranging and conducting campus tours; follow-up activities.
• Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Adheres to all compliance and regulatory standards.
• Advices students and families regarding educational opportunities and admissions requirements.
• Conducts effective phone presentations and follow-ups to convert leads.
