Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years in admissions, retail sales, consumer marketing or recruitment.
• Professional, organized, and discreet handling confidential information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills applicable to diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, families, and community via in person or calls.
• Welcome applicants: process paperwork, interview, campus tours, and follow-up campaigns.
• Maintain recruiting operations, adhere to policies, and report changes.
• Advise students on admissions requirements, opportunities, and procedures.
• Support enrollment goals through lead follow-up and effective prospect communications.
• Collaborate to provide data for reporting and institutional effectiveness.
