Mountain View Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to be the first contact for clients and patients. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, check in/out patients, balance cash, and handle client communications with compassion.

About the role:

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all of our clients and patients. Your work will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling requests from clients, checking patients in and out, balancing cash drawer, offering compassionate care for all our patients and their owners. We value a team-oriented approach and a commitment to lifelong learning and problem solving.
