Prince of Peace Christian School is seeking an Administrative Receptionist to create a welcoming front desk experience for students, families and visitors. The role handles multi-line phone systems, sign-in, and basic clerical tasks to keep the office running smoothly and securely.
The position supports Leadership and Admissions, coordinates room reservations and events, and maintains professional front office standards in a Christ-centered school environment.
The Administrative Receptionist is key in creating a welcoming reception to all who enter the POPCS building, greeting and directing students, families, and visitors. The position serves as the primary door and phone operator managing front office traffic, facilitating communication between parents, students, and staff, and handling clerical and office duties to keep the school running smoothly and securely. This role also performs medium administrative work providing support for Leadership and Admissions.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities
The Administrative Receptionist may be exposed to highly sensitive school, student, and/or family information and medical information. Maintaining strict confidentiality of all information is essential to preserving trust and the integrity of the school's efforts.
