San Diego Rock Church seeks a Front Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to warmly greet families, visitors, and staff and to provide essential administrative support to the Director while keeping daily front office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include attendance tracking, updating student information, answering phones and emails, and maintaining organized files. This hourly role starts at $20–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
The Front Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for families, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment while providing administrative support to the Director and ensuring the daily operations of the front office run smoothly.
This is an hourly job with a starting range of $20 hr - $24 hr based off of experience and overall qualifications.
