Job summary

You will work under professional staff guidance, developing competencies in communication, project management, and process improvement while contributing to departmental operations and research activities.

Responsibilities

• Draft agendas, meeting notes, and background materials for review by professional staff.
• Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and logistics for leadership team.
• Prepare presentation materials, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Organize digital files, records, and shared resources.
• Coordinate day of logistics for advisory boards, staff meetings, retreats, and special events.
• Track project timelines, action items, follow-up tasks, professional staff certifications, and Flexible Work Agreements.
