Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university.
• Maintain eligibility for student employment.
• Availability: minimum 2 days per week, total 10 hours, up to 24.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic office software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and respond to calls and emails.
• Open, close, and maintain front-office operations after training.
• Support planning and coordination of departmental events and outreach.
• Manage scheduling requests and meetings within the department.
• Prepare reports and documents for accuracy and audience.
• Maintain departmental records and inventory, ensuring confidentiality.
• Create flyers/newsletters and digital content for outreach.
• Utilize MS Office, Google, and Canva to produce materials.
