Oregon State University seeks an Event Support Student to assist The LaSells Stewart Center with day-to-day operations in Corvallis. You will be the primary contact for clients, guests, and campus partners, aiding in event execution and venue readiness.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, supporting setup/teardown, basic AV assistance, and ensuring spaces meet OSU standards for a seamless event experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-of-event operations and guest services.
• Welcome guests and assist clients, attendees, and vendors.
• Assist with venue setup, teardown, and room readiness.
• Provide basic AV support and report issues to the AV Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in event spaces.
