You will collaborate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on multiple projects, manage deadlines and quality, and handle deposits, payments, and clerical tasks. Strong communication and organization are essential.

• Process deposits and final payments for projects assigned.
• Coordinate office supply orders and vendor management.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support.

We are currently hiring a competitive Project Coordinator to help manage our fast-paced environment, create a consistent positive customer experience for our clients, as well as drive productivity for their respective region. This position is critical for the overall success of the branch and offers the opportunity to build influence company-wide.

Status

Full-Time - Monday through Friday.

Compensation

$22.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Job Responsibilities
