Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide office support for the Lancaster Program, serving as receptionist and coordinating paperwork, payroll, and records management.

The role requires organization, communication, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced nonprofit setting. Some evenings and weekends may be needed, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a non-profit or social services setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/O365 and basic database systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance is required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Flexible Schedule; Evenings and weekends may be required.

Status: Full-Time Hourly

Salary: $38,000


Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Lancaster Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
