Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Manager to support the Lancaster Program. You will serve as receptionist, handle weekly paperwork, and process payroll, while maintaining confidential participant and personnel records.
The role requires 1–2 years of administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to work evenings or weekends if needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Lancaster Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
