Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Program Director with hiring, training, supervision, and weekly performance reporting. The role involves intake processing, coordinating participant staffing, and ensuring service hours meet program and referring authority requirements.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years in youth services or juvenile justice, and at least 1 year in supervision. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Salary $ 56,000
Summary of Position: Assistant Director position is responsible to support the Program Director with hiring and training new employees, motivating, and providing supervision of staff, and communicating weekly performance to the Director.
