The role combines receptionist duties, weekly paperwork, and payroll processing while maintaining confidential client and personnel records. You will coordinate administrative procedures, assist HR onboarding, and support internal communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required with relevant experience.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in office and administrative roles.
  • Proficient Microsoft 365; computer knowledge is necessary; specific skills evaluated at interview.
  • Some understanding of insurance and third-party billing helpful.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Some evenings and weekends may be needed.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, Driver's License, and current auto insurance coverage are required.

Job description

Status: Full Time Hourly

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: The Tarrant County Program is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Manager to provide office support for all aspects of our program.

  • The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork and payroll processing, and maintains confidential client and personnel records.
  • The individual must be able to work in a fact paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
  • Coordinate and optimize administrative procedures and workflows.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and personnel records.
  • Facilitate internal communications and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Applicant should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.)
