Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Manager for the Philadelphia Program. This part-time, hourly role provides essential office support, serving as receptionist, handling weekly paperwork and payroll, and maintaining confidential records.
Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends is required. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, experience in administrative work, and a good grasp of data handling and billing basics.

Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Philadelphia Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
