Workload includes payroll, purchasing, and coordinating payments and staff scheduling. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday, with the ability to manage

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years progressive relevant experience (records, public relations, payroll, travel, budgeting or related tasks).
• Alternatively, 1 year as Administrative Assistant II in Nevada State service.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staffing charges, rent payments, event payments and daily payroll.
• Manage building Prox card access and ensure policy compliance.
• Purchase supplies and reconcile purchasing card and travel transactions.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure accuracy and smooth administrative operations.
