Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use company systems.
• Familiarity with using company telephone features.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences affecting loyalty and service continuation.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing (non-termite), schedule services and provide closure.
• Schedule pest and builder related services using Route Point.
• Resolve billing questions and reconcile payments with customers.
• Enter service-related notes and update records in the system.
• Follow HomeTeam Pest Defense telephone etiquette and communicate professionally.
• Escalate inquiries to managers when needed.
