Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers/prospects by scheduling pest and related services.
• Resolve billing questions and provide pricing information as needed.
• Enter service notes in the system and verify technician paperwork.
• Collect and reconcile payments and maintain organized customer files.
