Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board seeks an Administrative Coordinator 4 to assist the Executive Administrator and gain broad exposure to executive duties. The role includes supervising the Administrative Coordinator 2 and contributing to budgeting, records, and meeting administration.

The mission of the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board is to protect the public from unauthorized, unqualified, and improper or unethical services by ensuring applied behavior analysis services received by the citizens of Louisiana meet or exceed the established, published standards.
The Administrative Coordinator 4 is a classified employee of the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board, hired in accordance with applicable classified service requirements. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Executive Administrator while gaining comprehensive knowledge and experience in the duties and responsibilities associated with the Executive Administrator. Although the individual will not be responsible for independently performing the full duties of the Executive Administrator, the position is intended to provide structured training and professional development in preparation for assuming greater administrative responsibilities. This position also requires supervision of the position of Administrative Coordinator 2.

This position will be filled as a Job Appointment. In the event that funds become available for a permanent position, the employee may be converted to a probational appointment.
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
