Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Performs support/clerical duties including alphabetizing, indexing, verifying, filing and maintaining documents.
  • Interacts with the public or departments by answering routine inquiries and processing information requests.
  • Inputs, accesses and maintains databases, files and documents.
  • Prepares or processes documents, records, bills or vouchers.
  • May handle monies and distribute materials to appropriate persons or agencies.
