As the the first and primary contact for inbound communications, this position is responsible for providing and maintaining excellent service with customers of Regional Pathology Services ( RPS ), Nebraska Public Health Laboratory ( NPHL ), and Department of Pathology & Microbiology at UNMC by ensuring a focused program of customer service. Manages the resolution of client and specimen problems, ensuring problems are thoroughly investigated and that the appropriate follow-up occurs as prescribed by departmental policies. Monitors and assures that the service provided reflects the highest level of service with attention to quality results.
