This position is responsible for managing the office for our Drug & Alcohol Case Management department. Duties include answering the phone, scheduling, screenings, insurance verification, supply ordering, Narcan tracking, gift card tracking, resource information & referrals, and other aspects of maintaining an efficient office.
Applicants should have an outgoing, friendly personality and be able to engage with individuals seeking our services.
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and one year of appropriate office-related work experience. Applicants must be well organized and have knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience in a medical or drug & alcohol field is a plus.
