Job summary

Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission is seeking a full-time Case Management Specialist to help people with substance use disorders. You will engage clients, evaluate needs, establish linkages, arrange access to services, ensure healthcare coverage enrollment, advocate for clients, monitor progress, and perform related duties throughout treatment.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of counseling/case management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Dependency, Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Nursing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of counseling or case management experience in alcohol or other drug treatment.
• Act 33/34 and fingerprint clearances required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and assess their needs throughout treatment.
