As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Directors in managing their activities, maintaining confidentiality, and providing a professional and welcoming presence. You will screen incoming calls and visitors, manage calendars, arrange travel, and process visitor requests.

The candidate must be proficient with Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other standard company programs. The ideal candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments; should be a Self-starter able to work independently; should have Good attendance and work habits; should have the ability to maintain Vice President and Director's confidential/private records and information; should have ability to handle more than one task on a time with accuracy; works well with all personality types and is calm when under pressure.
The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, should exhibit good job attendance and strong work habits, should be self-motivated and inventive and should stick to all commitments. The candidate should be trustworthy and dependable. The candidate should courteous, professional, and respectful of others. In addition, should have an in-depth working knowledge of the standard Lockheed Martin office tools (such as Concur for Travel Planning).
Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.00 - $93300.00
