Highland Property Management, Inc. seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of LIHTC properties under Summit Management Group's organization.
You will assist with resident relations, rent processing, and compliance, collaborating closely with the Property Manager. The role requires at least 1 year of LIHTC property management experience, proficiency with bookkeeping and Microsoft Office, and a flexible, detail‑oriented mindset.
