Your administrative support will be comprehensive and meticulous—ranging from daily calendar management and travel coordination to expense report submission, event planning, space planning and addressing a wide variety of day-to-day needs. Your ultimate goal: to ensure the leader and team is set up for success at all times. You will provide administrative and calendar support to two directors and their software engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask while working in an innovative, change-oriented environment. You are self-motivated, proactive, team oriented and maintain a strong emphasis on organization with unwavering attention to detail. You exercise good judgment, have great communication skills as you own and complete task/projects independently with minimal direction.
