Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out
• Collect co-payments when appropriate
• Answer, screen and respond to patient phone calls
• Schedule clinic appointments and confirm appointments
• Assist patients with scheduling diagnostic tests
• Prepare charts and documents for clinic visits
• File and process requests for medical records
• Route medication refill requests
• Assist with processing disability and return-to-work forms
• Travel to UCLA Urology clinics throughout the community for coverage
