Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and clerical tasks for management and staff.
  • Assist with daily office operations and workflow within the division.
  • Handle registration issues, including overrides and travel arrangements for students.
  • Process Faculty Course Evaluations and maintain the graduate database and enrollment reports.
  • Manage calendars (Google Calendar and 25Live) and schedule classes, conferences, and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate facility work orders via AiM.
  • Support event planning, scheduling, data collection, and coordination for meetings and luncheons.

The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and general clerical support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit.

Job Duties
  • Provide administrative support and perform a variety of work activities including:
  • Assist the AAIII with everyday administrative support
  • Handle all registration issues, particularly overrides
  • Process all student travel
  • Process all Faculty Course Evaluations
  • Maintain Google Calendar and 25Live – entering classes and conference/meeting schedules
  • Maintain inventory of all office supplies
  • Maintain the graduate database and enrollment reports
  • Submit facility work orders via AiM
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinate and gather data for events/meetings, special events, luncheons, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
