Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Southern Jersey is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support an office-based team. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills to manage client records, handle calls, and maintain accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative/clerical experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Screening all telephone calls.
• Managing client records.
• Recording client funds.
• Providing support with service plan process.
• Providing all statistics and reports required by the Administrative office.
• Other duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor.
