Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant works with the Office Manager and Branch Manager to run the front office, answer calls from homeowners and builders, and to help schedule work for the field electricians. This position will also focus on warranty scheduling and coordinating with our builders and homeowners to address any concerns they have regarding their homes after closing.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining office efficiency, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. You report directly to the Office Manager and Branch Manager. This person will also learn additional tasks and be a backup as needed when someone is out of the office. Good communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism are a must.
