South College Indianapolis invites applications for the position of Evening Administrative Assistant. This role serves as a key campus representative and operational steward during extended and non-traditional hours. The Evening Administrative Assistant supports students, employees, and visitors; assists with building and room access coordination; and serves as the primary South College ambassador during assigned coverage times.
The anticipated core schedule is Monday through Thursday from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch and Fridays from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch. However, hours may flex based on campus operational needs to include occasional day shift coverage from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The individual in this role must be available to adjust hours earlier or later as needed, provide occasional Saturday coverage when required, and support daytime operations during periods when the daytime Administrative Assistant is out of the office (e.g., vacation, leave, or emergencies).
Schedule adjustments will be coordinated in advance whenever possible to ensure alignment with campus needs while maintaining consistency and clarity of expectations.
