Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in administration of a human services program or related studies/analysis.
• Substitution: Bachelor's + four years of related admin experience acceptable.
• Substitution: graduate education in a human services field for up to six years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, directs, organizes, and leads the department's strategic direction.
• Oversee daily operations of the Administration Unit.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide leadership.
