Incumbent in this position performs as a senior level manager responsible for providing professional, administrative and supervisory staff work in managing the daily operations of the Establishment Unit/Legal Unit of the Programs Division for the Montgomery County Office of Child Support. The individual’s work will be reviewed by the Deputy Director for accomplishment of unit goals and improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness. The individual in this position receives instructions from and reports to the Deputy Director.

Experience: Eight years of experience, four years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations and an additional four years of professional or technical experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.
