Job summary

Qualifications
- Eight years of experience; four years in human services program administration or studies/analyses of programs.
- Additional four years of professional/technical admin experience in human services.
- Substitution options include a Bachelor's with related experience, or graduate work in a human services field.
Responsibilities
- Plan, directs, organizes, leads, and coordinates strategic direction of the department.
- Establish performance measures and monitor success standards for continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily operations of the Administration Unit.
- Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and provide leadership for the team.
- Monitor mandatory and ad hoc reports and coordinate unit activities.
