Position Summary
The Department of Health Sciences is seeking a Temporary Administrative Support Associate to provide essential clerical and operational support. This part-time, campus-based role requires a 100% in-person presence to maintain seamless day-to-day office workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage digital and physical document archiving, including high-volume scanning and filing.
* Assist with ad-hoc organizational projects to improve office systems.
* Provide front-facing and behind-the-scenes office coverage during peak operational periods or staff absences.
Additional duties may involve:
* Assisting with inventory and office supply management
* Supporting departmental events
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
