Job summary

Mark Carpenter Plumbing Co is seeking an Admin Customer Service Representative to support sales and service efforts. You will schedule service and sales appointments, manage maintenance programs, and maintain accurate customer records. The role requires effective communication, CRM usage, and collaboration with the service team.

You will grow client relationships, generate leads, and help renew service agreements while supporting a fast-paced office environment in a plumbing service context.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone promptly and professionally.
• Call customers to confirm maintenance appointments and schedule as necessary.
• Work closely with service manager to coordinate scheduling and dispatch.
• Sell new service agreements and renew existing service agreements.
• Grow, monitor, and maintain maintenance programs; update changes in ownership, add new install job information and review reasons for non-renewals.
• Receive, record, and maintain sales lead information, set appointments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate capture and entry of customer information in the CRM.
• Dispatch service technicians and other resources as needed.
• Follow up on all leads and opportunities until closed or lost.
• Update CRM with each interaction and maintain records.
