Responsibilities

• Answer the phone promptly and professionally.
• Call customers to confirm maintenance appointments and schedule as necessary.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch with service manager.
• Sell new service agreements and renew existing ones.
• Grow and maintain maintenance programs; update changes in ownership and renewals.
• Record and maintain sales lead information; set appointments.
• Capture and maintain customer information accurately in CRM.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to identify sales opportunities.
• Know our products and services to answer questions independently.
• Dispatch and schedule service technicians and resources.
• Build trust with new clients when they call for service or repairs.
• Schedule client appointments and assign qualified staff for work.
• Increase revenue from established customers and generate new business with proper sales techniques.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and sales until closed or lost.
• Track lost sales and update CRM accordingly.
• Conduct customer satisfaction calls after visits.
