Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments for plumbing, heating, cooling and electric systems.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with invoicing, basic administrative tasks, and office support.
• Support CSR and Dispatcher teams.
