Job summary
Design Hire is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business development and technical sales across Central Pennsylvania, focusing on adhesive products and solutions. You will combine deep product knowledge with strategic account management to expand market presence.
In this hybrid, field-based role you will manage customer relationships, present technical recommendations, prepare pricing and quotes, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to address requirements and accelerate revenue
Qualifications
- Experience in sales engineering or technical sales in industrial/manufacturing.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and grow territory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose solutions.
- Ability to travel regionally and work hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships while expanding market coverage in Central PA.
- Provide technical sales support and product guidance for adhesives.
- Prepare pricing proposals and quotes maintaining profitability.
- Increase product visibility via customer visits and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to address requirements.
