Job summary

Ellsworth Adhesives is seeking an Engineering Sales Representative to drive sales in a defined NT/PA territory. The role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in New Jersey or Pennsylvania where the territory lies.

You will partner with engineering teams, present engineered solutions, and build strong customer relationships while targeting growth in adhesives and specialty chemicals markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience in specialty chemicals preferred.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle for daily territory use.
• Current automobile insurance meeting company requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with existing and prospective customers in an assigned territory.
• Collaborate with customers' engineering teams to specify and develop processes for specialty chemical solutions.
• Establish and nurture professional customer/vendor relationships with key personnel.
• Participate in meetings to maintain technical knowledge and manage the territory effectively.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets in the territory.
• Bring innovative solutions to customers across diverse industries.
