Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. seeks an ADHD Specialist to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives by executing territory-specific plans to drive utilization in their defined geography.

Responsibilities include achieving territory targets, utilizing resources like speaker programs and payer access tools, and engaging customers (HCPs & staff) via face-to-face, virtual, or phone communication. A strong market and disease-state understanding is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience
• Experience in specialty sales: Neuroscience, psychiatry; ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry preferred
• Strong account-based selling skills and pull-through formulary strategy

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly and/or annual basis
• Apply resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer access tools) to opportunities and engage customers (HCPs & staff)
• Analyze local market dynamics and respond to trends
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with objectives
• Stay current on payer access environment and identify pull-through opportunities
• Demonstrate disease-state knowledge and act as a resource to customers
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers
• Participate in industry meetings to build brand awareness
