Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking an ADHD Specialist to drive territory sales and exceed quarterly and annual targets in the assigned geography. You will execute territory plans, leverage resources, and build relationships with healthcare providers to improve patient access.

You will stay informed on disease states, treatment approaches, and competition, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to remove access barriers and expand brand awareness in your market.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience
• Strong account based selling skills with demonstrated success in prior sales roles
• Working knowledge of strategies and tactics to pull-through local formulary wins
• Understanding of prior authorization process and experience partnering with healthcare providers on access programs

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on quarterly and/or annual basis
• Utilize resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer tools) across opportunities
• Analyze local market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with national objectives
• Stay current on payer access environment and identify pull-through opportunities
